The Department of Transport and Planning will lead delivery of “priority precincts” around the suburbs of Arden, Docklands, Fishermans Bend, Footscray, East Werribee, Parkville and Sunshine – areas linked to the Andrews’ government’s signature, and over-budget, Suburban Rail Loop.
